When considering improvements to your home in the Moorings, the Covenants require approval from the Moorings Homeowner’s Association Board. You can read more about these requirements below by clicking on the Covenant documents. Articles VII & IX explain in greater detail beginning on page 4. Improvements to consider when using this form include, but are not limited to the following:
•In-Ground Pools
•All Fencing
•Any Exterior Room or Porch addition
•Deck, Patio, or Exterior Firepit additions
•Basketball Courts
•Driveway Expansions
As explained in the Declaration of Covenants, the Board will approve or disapprove the request within 10 days after all the required information has been submitted.
